Search for a User Account

Use the Search function to filter all Workflow user accounts from the Users page based on your entered text.

Your Workflow user account or group membership must have the "Users: View Users" permission to search for Workflow user accounts unless your user account has the Make this user a Super Admin setting selected.

See the Users permissions or ask your Workflow Administrator for assistance.

Follow these steps to search for a Workflow user account:

1. View all Workflow user accounts. The Users tab displays.

2. Enter in the Search field the text to filter Workflow user accounts using any of the following criteria:

   • Username: Filter by the Workflow user account username that displays in the Username column.

   • Full name: Filter by the full name associated with the Workflow user account that displays in the Full Name column.

As you enter text into the Search field, Workflow user accounts display that match your entered text.

If there are no search results, the following message displays: No Results.
