Having Problems Logging On?

Please contact your Administrator if you do not know either of the following:

  • the web address to access the log in page

  • your log in credentials

Did you forget your password? See Reset Your Password.

Minimum Requirements

Ensure that the device from which you are logging on meets the following requirements:

  • Your web browser application on your device is the latest version of one of the following browsers:

    • Apple Safari

    • Google Chrome

    • Microsoft Edge

    • Mozilla Firefox

  • Your display is at least 1200 by 720 pixel resolution.

Follow these steps to log on:

  1. Enter the IP address (or domain name) and port number for the server or instance hosting Workflow. Follow these guidelines:

    1. http://<IP-Address>:<Port-Number>

For example, if running Workflow at the IP address 192.168.1.119 from the port 80, then enter: http://192.168.1.119.

If the web address is correct, the log in page displays.

  2. Do one of the following:

    • Enter your user account credentials:

      1. In the Username field, enter your username.

      2. In the Password field, enter your password.

      3. Optionally, select the Remember me check box to not enter your log in credentials in the future.

      4. Click the Log In button.

If the log on credentials are correct, the My Requests page displays.

If Workflow is configured to only allow one device per user account to be logged on, Workflow immediately logs you off if your user account logs on with a second device. When this occurs, the following message displays above the log on settings: Your account has been timed out for security.

To enable this security feature, ask for more information from Support.
