What is a Group?

In Workflow, a Workflow group is a set of Workflow users that have the following attributes:

  • All members of the same Workflow group are assigned the same set of permissions. See Permission Descriptions for Users and Groups.

  • Optionally, one or more Workflow groups can be selected so that the group's members can start and/or cancel Requests associated with a Process.

Workflow groups make it easy to manage multiple Workflow users in your organization.
