What is a Group?
In Workflow, a Workflow group is a set of Workflow users that have the following attributes:
All members of the same Workflow group are assigned the same set of permissions. See Permission Descriptions for Users and Groups.
Optionally, one or more Workflow groups can be selected so that the group's members can start and/or cancel Requests associated with a Process.
Workflow groups make it easy to manage multiple Workflow users in your organization.
